Designing bhatnbhat.in started with understanding the client's vision—a YouTuber specializing in village and antique-styled cooking videos. The goal was to create a website that reflects the rustic charm and authenticity of traditional cooking, while being engaging and accessible to a modern audience.

By combining robust Shopify integrations with thoughtfully engineered customizations, we’ve created bhatnbhat.in as more than just an online storefront—it’s a scalable growth platform built to delight customers and streamline your operations. From rapid load times and intelligent product filters to a frictionless checkout and back-office harmony, every element is purpose-driven to boost conversions and reinforce brand loyalty. Let’s bring this level of precision and performance to your next e-commerce venture and turn browsers into lifelong advocates.
In September 2025, I was invited to complete a design assignment for the Product Designer role at ShopOS, an AI-native commerce platform. The challenge was to design a diagnostic experience that helps e-commerce managers quickly identify and resolve store issues.
The goal was clear: create a workflow that earns the user’s trust, translates technical problems into business terms, and builds confidence in AI-driven solutions.

The design was anchored on “Priya,” a Product Experience Manager at a $30M Shopify store. She’s ambitious but overwhelmed — constantly worried that overlooked issues will cause revenue drops. Skeptical of “magic” AI tools, Priya needs clarity, reassurance, and control at every step.

Visual Credit Score
A color-coded benchmark of store health (gray = medium, green = strong) provides instant clarity.
Revenue Impact Framing
Issues are quantified as monthly revenue loss (e.g., “Slow Images – Est. ₹1,20,000/month”), translating technical problems into urgent business priorities.
Trust by Design
Microcopy such as “🔒 Read-only analysis. No changes without approval” disarms anxiety and builds confidence in trying the tool.
Scalable Layout
A flexible card grid with progressive disclosure (“Show More”) scales smoothly from 5 issues to 50+, preventing overwhelm.
This assignment was my first opportunity to design for an AI-native workflow. My focus was on clarity, empathy, and trust, giving a busy manager like Priya a diagnostic that feels less like a technical audit and more like a clear business plan.
While created for a hiring process, this project reflects how I approach product design: grounding every screen in real user anxieties, framing solutions in business terms, and ensuring AI serves as a supportive partner; not a source of fear.
This project involves the development of a tailored Shopify e-commerce store with advanced collection management and a focus on delivering a seamless user experience. The primary objective was to ensure specific collections, such as "New Arrivals," remain accessible via direct links but are excluded from certain site sections to streamline navigation and product discovery.
